Here’s what you’ll need before the livestream starts:
2 cups of sliced rice cakes (coin shape)1/4 lbs.
flank steak2
eggs1-2
scallions5 cloves
minced garlic
4 sheets nori / dried seaweed
1 tsp sesame seeds
2-3 Tbsp sesame oil
2-3 Tbsp cooking oil (olive oil or any pref)
2-4 Tbsp soy sauce*
1-2 Tbsp fish sauce*
1-2 3” slices kombu or dried dashima salt & pepper*
